A campaign to inspire, connect, and support Ontario’s mental health and addiction providers through quality improvement and data-driven care.
Every improvement begins with a step – and when we take those steps together, we transform care across the province.
In a time when mental health and addiction services are stretched thin, quality of care depends not only on resources but on data-driven insights that guide measurable improvements.
Together We Transform is a digital campaign led by the Excellence in Quality Improvement Project (E-QIP) to build awareness of how quality improvement (QI) and data help mental health and addiction (MHA) organizations deliver more accessible and timely care.
What it’s about
Together We Transform showcases real examples of change which includes stories from providers who are using QI tools and coaching to tackle issues like wait times, service access and client outcomes. It’s also a platform to explain what QI and data really means and introduces ways providers can effectively use their own data. Especially for those new to the work.
Why it matters
QI and data aren’t just technical – they’re personal. They help teams make informed decisions.
