Use this tool to map out a “process” you are currently using in your service delivery.  To create your process map (1) involve those closest to the “process” or solicit their input (2) Define your “start” and “stop” point (3) Determine the number of major steps in the process and sequence (in order) (4) Draw your process map using the symbols found on the symbol guide (5) Test your map for completeness (6) Finalize and share!
