Participant Objectives:

1. Understand the context of mandatory indicators within collaborative quality improvement plans for OHTs and their relation to community MHA care
2. Better understand the indicator “ED first point of contact for MHA care” including the technical details of the indicator, what we know about this indicator provincially and what the indicator can tell you (and what it cannot tell you) about access to community MHA services
3. Learn more about how OHTs are trying to improve their performance on access to community MHA services through a panel discussion with teams
