``The accreditation surveyor had asked if we could share with her a sample QI project we’d done. We chose the one on implementing the OPOC. We showed her the process and all the tools we’d used as well as the data we gathered. She asked if this was the process we used for all of our QI, we said yes, and she said, “That’s good because it’s been a long time since I’ve seen something this well-done.” So, thank you EQIP for the support!``
