The Excellence through Quality Improvement Project (E-QIP) is excited to share the Final Report on the 2021/22 QIP (Quality Improvement Plan) Submissions. This report highlights the quality improvement plans (QIPs) that were shared across the community MHA sector and with the E-QIP team for the second year in a row.

Starting in Spring, 2021 and amid the COVID-19 pandemic, community MHA agencies came together to develop and share QIPs and to build a strong culture of quality with the guidance of the E-QIP team. Members of the OCAN Network, Advancing QI and Measurement and Supportive Housing Communities of Practice used a common QIP template, focused their QI activities on indicators aligned to provincial priorities and used standardized data from two Ontario Perception of Care (OPOC) tools to prepare and share their QIPs, with nine agencies sharing QIPs for the second year in a row. The 39 agencies that submitted 2022/23 QIPs represent a robust and expanding commitment to quality improvement in the community MHA sector. CLICK HERE to read the full report!
